Welcome!

I’m Dr. Molly Caughlan, a licensed physical therapist with a passion for helping people move and feel better in their own bodies. With a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Emory University and a background in Environmental Science from Saint Louis University, I bring a unique perspective to my work—combining science, movement, and a deep respect for the body’s natural ability to heal.

As a Movement Specialist and Manual Therapy Expert, I focus on creating individualized care plans that empower my patients to achieve their goals - whether that’s recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or simply moving through life with more ease. I’m also proud to hold the Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC), which allows me to support individuals navigating the complexities of pelvic health with compassion and expertise.
