Hi! I'm Dr. Shara Brofman, a licensed clinical psychologist based in the New York City suburbs. I offer in-person therapy in my office in Larchmont, NY, and virtual services to adults anywhere in New York State.

I'm happy to be part of the Auggie community. I love supporting patients through the often challenging - as well as meaningful - experiences that parenting and other tough times in life bring. These times can be so difficult - and they can also bring opportunities for healing and growth.

Therapy sessions with me feel warm, active, and down to earth - blending academic and scientific integrity with humor and a keeping it real approach.
