About

I help parents of babies and toddlers stop dreading mealtimes — without pressure, bribing, or short-order cooking. I'm Sari, pediatric dietitian and founder of Fun with Food.

Once purees and first foods are introduced, a lot of families hit new questions: Why did my toddler suddenly stop eating? Is milk ruining their appetite? Are we doing too many snacks? Why does mealtime feel like a power struggle?

I help families build a feeding structure that actually works in real life — without pressure, bribing, short-order cooking, or food battles.

My work focuses on: • Milk transitions and bottle-to-cup shifts • Toddler picky eating and food jags • Food preference and appetite changes around age 2 • Moving from baby-led feeding to family meals • Raising confident eaters without fear-based messaging

My membership, Raising Empowered Eaters, gives you ongoing support, a community of parents in the same season, and the ability to book 1:1 time with me whenever you need it — all for $36/month.
